So where do you ship?

Sparepartz will ship products anywhere in Australia as well as Internationally. 

Ok how do we get you your stuff?

Sparepartz will despatch your order within 24 to 48 hours of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays etc).

The standard post option normally takes 3-5 working days (Mon - Fri). If you live in a far away location in the Australia or are shipping internationally please allow extra time for delivery. We use Australia Post for our deliveries.  All deliveries are registered for your safety.

The delivery costs are as follows:

  • Orders up to 3kg within Australia are FREE 
  • Orders over 5kg within Australia incur a $10 shipping and handling charge. 

International deliveries are done via Australia Post and incur a charge based on weight of goods and destination. The delivery charge for orders outside of Australia is calculated on the weight of the items and the destination country.  We will advise you of the exact cost of the delivery charge via email, you can then decide whether you would like to continue with the order. 

Sparepartz reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice.

Return Policy    
An RA number (Return Authorization number) MUST be obtained before returning any item.  To obtain your RA number please email info@sparepartz.com.au with the following details:

14-Day Return Policy (Domestic & International Orders) 
Sparepartz offers the hottest brands and the highest quality goods. If you have not received the correct item or the item is defective, return the item in its original condition including all original tags clean, unworn within 14 days for a full refund.  All shipping cost’s on returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a faulty item, the return shipping cost will be refunded to you once goods have been received in good order.

Returns or exchanges that were not shipped in error or a warranty claim are subject to a restocking fee of 15% so please choose carefully. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or our return policy, send us an email at info@sparepartz.com.au. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.  Products must be returned in their original condition including tags & packaging. If goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them we reserve the right to refuse such returns.
   

How To Return An Item In 3 Easy Steps
Are you eligible to return your item?  Any item returned without original tags, original packaging, has been worn, damaged or tarnished will not be accepted by Sparepartz.  If the item is eligible, please follow the following 3 simple steps.

Step 1:
Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. You may obtain this "RA" number from our customer service representatives via email at info@sparepartz.com.au.   (You must obtain an "RA" number before shipping your item, any returned goods without an RA number may not be accepted and any refund or exchange may be forgone.)

Step 2:
Package your goods. Be sure to package your goods properly. Any good returned that is not in its original condition will not be accepted. Please write your name, your order number and the "RA" number on the outside of your package. This will ensure correct and quick processing time. Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the package is posted correctly. Sparepartz is not responsible for any goods that are lost, damaged or stolen while in transit back to us.  We recommend sending goods via a carrier that requires a signature upon delivery.

Step 3:
Ship your item(s) to us. You must pay for the shipping cost to return the item(s). If the item is being returned due to our error, you will be refunded for the original shipping charges incurred once we have received the returned goods and the item is inspected and approved for resale.

Exchanges  
Sparepartz strives to offer you only the best brands and products, we may not always carry large quantities or all size’s in all models. Therefore, we do not exchange items. Simply return the item and place a new order.  Exchanges are subject to the above return policy so please choose carefully.  Sparepartz does not offer exchanges on any SALE item
 
Warranty Claims  
In the event a item appears to be faulty please return item as per above policy and steps.  All warranty claims will be assessed by the manufacturer and/or manufacturers representative and will be repaired, replaced or credited at their discretion. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.  Products must be returned with original proof of purchase or a warranty claim cannot be processed.  Sparepartz always try’s to have as quick a turn around as possible however please allow at least 7 to 10 days for a warranty claim to be processed.
