You have all had one.  Some have found success.  Many have failed.  I even trird to peel off all the stickers and cheat my way to glory.  The Rubik’s Cube is celebrating its 30th year of puzzling unsuspecting children and the entertainment of Asian 4-year-olds.

So three decades later, we still have a love affair with the cube. Just this weekend I placed it in the middle of the table when a group of friends were over and it did not leave a set of hands all night.  In thirty more years, no matter what might be invented or designed, the Rubik’s Cube will still be around, as classically engineered as ever and just as frustratingly fun.
